出生队列和母婴大人群
本项目旨在通过建立前瞻性的纵向出生队列研究,对母婴人群从孕早期开始进行长期随访和连续收集生物样本、临床数据和流行病学数据,建立高水平的母婴健康生物样本库和临床表型数据库,并利用基因组、转录组、代谢组等多组学检测手段,建立中国人孕期健康和婴幼儿生长发育的数字化基线和母婴疾病多组学数据库,为探明孕期疾病、不良妊娠结局、出生缺陷及婴幼儿、学龄前儿童生理、心理发育方面的重大疾病与健康问题的发病机制提供基础,为实现母婴重大疾病的早诊断、早预防提供依据,为研究影响母婴健康的因素和公共卫生问题提供平台。
目前关注的疾病包括妊娠期糖尿病、子痫前期、妊娠期胆汁淤积症、早产、不明原因的复发性流产、先天性心脏病、唐氏综合征、儿童肿瘤、儿童肥胖等。项目组已经与十余家临床医疗机构开展了科研合作,累计采集血液、尿液、粪便、脐血等生物样本十余万份。依托样本和合作资源,目前已参与国家级、广东省、深圳市科研项目十余项,发表多篇高水平学术论文。
