生物传感技术平台,聚焦精准医学与精准健康需求,瞄准国际前沿研究动态,通过融合生物组学、化学、物理、微电子与微机械等多学科技术,开展以新一代基因测序技术为核心、覆盖人体全生态指标的跨组学生物传感与检测技术创新性研究,打造拥有自主核心知识产权的先进生物传感技术研发平台。


平台目前已组建覆盖物理、化学、生物、电子工程、软件工程、机械工程等多学科交叉背景的高端人才队伍,拥有传感器设计、芯片微纳加工与系统集成、表面功能修饰、精细结构表征、光学与电学测量等完备的研发设施,具备微米和纳米级生物传感器、及定制化信号检测系统的设计开发能力。


平台目前主要基于光学、电学、电化学等不同检测原理,开展多种新型传感方法研究,目标应用场景涵盖生物分子信息检测、蛋白质与底物的相互作用研究、以及酶动力学测量等方向。


Our biosensing platform focuses on the needs of precision medicine and precision health, and aims at the cutting-edge frontiers of global research. By means of merging various different disciplinaries and technologies, including biological omics, chemistry, physics, microelectronics and micromechanics, we are dedicated to develop multi-omics sensing technologies that features evolving gene sequencing techniques and covers entire human physiological indexes, finally building proprietary advanced biosensing platform.


We have formulated a multidisciplinary team involving physics, chemistry, biology, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, and accumulated a plenary of high-end facilities enabling sensor design, micro/nano chip fabrication and integration, surface functionalization, fine structure characterization, and optical/electrical measurement. Currently, we have built the full capabilities for the design and development of micro/nano biosensor and customized signal detection system.


By utilizing and integrating optical, electrical, and electrochemical sensing mechanisms, we are developing a variety of novel tools, to detect biomolecules, and understand their intrinsic properties such as protein-substrate interactions and enzymatic dynamics.
