Guidlines

Confidentiality:
The whistle-blowers and the contents reported are strictly confidential, and those responsible for violations of confidentiality will be severely punished, and the suspected crimes will be transferred to the judicial authorities.

Truthful:
The information reported must be true, accurate, and effective, and it is forbidden to report malicious reports and false accusations.

Reward:
Provide evidence for the reported misconduct to assist with the investigation. Once verified, rewards will be offered to the reporting party. The maximum reward is up to ￥1 million yuan.

Applicable Misconduct

Complaints or reports of any violation of laws and regulations, or any violation of BGI’s interest by BGI employee/s in any way.

Exemption

Any suppliers, distributors and other partner organizations who voluntarily reports misconduct (by BGI employee/s) will be exempt from liabilities by BGI.
